What do I need to get started?
At least one shipping address you’re authorized to use, an approved purchasing-card setup, and a separate payment method for service fees. The planned setup uses Amex Business employee cards; eligibility and permitted use need to be confirmed before applying or onboarding.
Do I pay a monthly membership?
No. I cover the bot, proxies, and operating subscriptions. You pay the retailer for your products and PokeBuy’s per-order service fee. Any card issuer fees are separate.
When is my service fee due?
Your service fee is due within 24 hours of retailer order confirmation. Ask Nicholas for verified payment instructions before sending it; payment links are not configured yet. Fee receipts are confirmed manually. Further purchasing is paused while fees are overdue. Any automatic charges require your prior authorization.
Are products or quantities guaranteed?
No. Retailer inventory, order acceptance, limits, cancellations, and shipping times can vary. We agree on what you authorize before purchasing begins.
What if my order is cancelled or has a problem?
Report cancellations, returns, missing items, or damage in your private support ticket. The cancellation and service-fee refund terms must be agreed during onboarding before any purchases are authorized.
